Our 3G Team
Greg graduated with an electrical engineering degree from the University of Auckland and for over 40 years has utilize his engineering skills in the broadcast and film industries, all with a Kiwi style.
Greg Robinson
President and Founder
Gil has over 20 years of experience in television broadcasting with a focus on designing and developing wireless cameras and POV systems. Gil has a BS degree in engineering from Nimes, France.
Director of Engineering
Greg began his career in electronics and RF for the Federal Government. With over 30 years in the Broadcast Industry, he excels technically and pieces together solutions, with ease and simplicity.

Carla’s drive at achieving business objectives and her proven ability to excel in operations, achieving short and long-term goals makes her a true asset to the 3G team. Combined with her degree in business and recruiting expertise, she has been serving client organizations for over 27 years. Exceeding client expectations is her passion.
Vice President of Marketing & Operations
An innovator, problem solver, and influencer, Danny provides a diverse and unique skill-set. Analytically evaluating a problem and formulating an executable strategy or solution is his strong suit.
Director of Business Development
Chris is passionate about making the finance side of 3G flow seamlessly by tapping into her years of experience in business management. Her goal is to create a strong foundation to move 3G to the next level.
Director of Business Affairs
Jeremy brings fresh perspectives to the people and for the people in manufacturing, building and the production logistics of our equipment and services. He has over 15 years, specific to the entertainment/media & production industries. In the Original RF Company, he was the Production Manager for 6 years before being assigned to start up & lead a team that installed a NGS (news gathering system) in 5 major Australian cities.
Director of Operations
Lindsey comes to us with over 10 years of customer service and is passionate about making connections and engaging with her customers, both internally and externally here at 3G. Her goal is to create marketing and outreach strategies that will elevate 3G to the next level. Lindsey has a BA degree in media and communications from Salisbury University.
Logistics and Marketing Specialist
Nolan has over 7 years of RF Broadcast Crew experience at 3G with more than 2 years in marketing, while completing his Communications Degree from VCU. His multifaceted expertise spans Field Ops and impacting our marketing, proposal and other client requests.

In The News
3G officially kicked off the fall football season by providing state of the art wireless line to gain (LTG) pylons and crew for Amazon Prime Thursday Night Football produced by NBC, FOX Sports Sunday games, and College Football for Raycom Sports.
3G provided three moto cameras, one helicopter camera and three RF cameras, as well as the entire broadcast crew for the Maryland Cycling Classic. 3G co-produced this event with 39T Digital.
3G provided multiple Steadicams to Host Broadcast Services AG (HBS AG) for up close and personal images during the games.
